Pieter de Villiers

Pieter de Villiers is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clickatell, which provides messaging solutions to over 13,000 businesses across 224 countries. In addition, de Villiers serves as Chairman of the Board for SiMODiSA Association, an initiative aimed at accelerating start-up success in South Africa through collaboration among entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, and government. De Villiers holds multiple positions, including Board Member at The Collective X and Faculty of Science Advisory Board member at Stellenbosch University, while also being a member of Endeavor, which focuses on supporting high-impact entrepreneurs. With a background in e-commerce and product marketing, de Villiers has previously held roles at Absolute E, Micrologix, and participated as a business mentor at The SABLE Accelerator. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership program at London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Optometry from the University of Johannesburg.
