Senior Thermal Design Engineer at Cornelis Networks

Keith Sibley has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Keith started their career in 2000 as a Mechanical Development Engineer at Motorola Solutions, where they led and delegated mechanical engineers and designers in product development for various clients including Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, and Altice. Keith ensured that designs met customer requirements and applied relevant US or international standards. Keith also supervised testing at in-house and independent facilities.

In 2012, Keith joined ARRIS as a Mechanical Design Engineer and continued in this role until 2020.

Afterwards, they worked at CommScope as a Manager of Component Engineering from 2020 to 2023. In this position, Keith managed a global team responsible for processing mechanical components. Keith led the team in performing first article inspections and developed reports based on data-driven recommendations.

Currently, Keith is working as a Senior Thermal Design Engineer at Cornelis Networks since July 2023.

Keith Sibley has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Keith also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. In addition, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Furthermore, they completed another Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University College of Engineering in 2006.
