Dr. Frank Gonzalez

Dr. Frank Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Currently serving as a Course Facilitator at Cornell University, Dr. Gonzalez facilitates impactful sessions promoting reflection and dialogue among diverse audiences. As a founding member of the Hacking HR Experts Council, contributions are aimed at enhancing thought leadership in talent and inclusion across a global HR community. With a robust background that includes key roles at Yum! Brands, Taco Bell, and Momentum Financial Services Group, Dr. Gonzalez excels in developing and implementing DEI programs, enhancing employee experiences, and driving organizational change through evidence-based approaches. Academic credentials include a PhD and Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
