Susanne Jones Fiml

Susanne Jones FIML, MAICD, currently serves as the Director at Just Better Care Brisbane North since July 2015, and as a Course Facilitator at the University of the Sunshine Coast since January 2023. Previously, Susanne held various roles including Business Manager at Just Better Care from May 2014 to March 2016 and Principal/Coach at SJ Human Solutions from July 2012 to July 2015, where a focus on growth and transformation for clients was emphasized. Other experiences include serving as Service Innovation Manager at Aurous Ltd from February 2013 to May 2014 and Operations Manager at Spinal Life Australia from August 2008 to July 2012. Susanne began professional career as a Hospital Liaison Officer at EvKB Bielefeld from August 2005 to May 2008. Academically, Susanne has pursued several postgraduate degrees in Operations Management, Finance, Marketing, and Organizational Leadership from the Australian Institute of Management and holds a Diploma in Management from CA College Australia. Recently completed education includes a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, commenced in February 2023.
