Cortney Pierce is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Corner Table Restaurants since February 2021, Cortney has held multiple executive chef and sous chef positions at White Lodging Services, Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, and other establishments.
