Daryl Jones puts his strong performance and process improvement background to work at Cornerstone, where he manages the Mortgage Lending practice. Daryl helps clients apply best-in-class processes to their performance evaluation and system selection projects.
Before joining Cornerstone, Daryl was a project manager for a large Midwestern bank, where he created and implemented a continuous process improvement unit. He led several process improvement projects aimed at correcting inefficiency between front-line and back-office processing caused by multiple bank charters.
Daryl facilitates Cornerstone’s annual Chief Lending Officer Roundtable. He speaks at industry conferences; has been published in GonzoBanker, Cornerstone’s blog, and BAI Banking Strategies; and has been featured in numerous industry publications, including CUES’ CU Management.
Daryl received his bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University in Indianapolis. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt certifications.
