Brad Kirkpatrick

In addition to being a business owner, Brad spent several years as a commercial lender. He knows what it takes to get a deal financed. Using this mix of skills, Brad has been providing M&A advisory services and other consulting services since 2005 and has facilitated numerous ownership transactions.

In 2013, Brad merged his M&A practice with Cornerstone Business Services. His company, Midwest Business Advisors, continues to provide small business consulting and accounting services in the Iowa market.
