Chris Ayers

Chris Ayers has extensive experience in the learning and development industry, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Chris currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Cornerstone Business Services, Inc., where they help L&D business owners achieve successful exits. Prior to this, they were a Managing Director at Peak Value, LLC, where they worked with business owners to maximize their company's value. Chris also served as the CEO and COO at Yukon Learning, where they provided e-Learning training and development services. Additionally, they founded and served as the CEO of Expert Leverage, LLC. Chris began their career as the Director of Learning and Development at Hamilton Beach, where they oversaw training and development for the company's global workforce.

Chris Ayers has a diverse education history. In 1983, they attended Shenandoah University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics in 1984. Chris then enrolled at Williams College in 1980 but did not complete a degree or field of study there.
