Paul A. Henderson

Paul A. Henderson is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Dean of Students at Washington-Parks Academy since August 2023. Previously, Paul held the same position at Elijah House Academy from July 2021 to August 2023. Paul’s career also includes roles at CoStar Group as a Client Relationship Consultant II and Client Relationship Consultant, a Business Account Executive at Comcast Business, and an Account Executive at Superior Signs, LLC. In an earlier position as a Teacher at Elk Hill Varina, Paul achieved a 40% increase in class participation while addressing the needs of students with mental health challenges. Additionally, Paul served as an Area Representative for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where a 200% increase in monthly donors was achieved during a fundraising blitz. Paul also has experience as a Chaplain for both the NFL and Hope For Families Worldwide. Paul earned a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in History from Virginia Commonwealth University.
