Casey Meyers has a diverse work experience in various industries. They began their career in 2005 at the Denton Children's Advocacy Center, working in client services. They then moved on to work as an executive assistant at Consolidated Electrical Distributors in 2006. In 2007, they joined The Delta Companies as a senior benefits consultant. Casey then worked as a benefits and wellness specialist at Pinnacle Technical Resources from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the senior human resources and benefits manager at Raised Palate Restaurants. Most recently, Casey worked as the director of benefits at Cornerstone Healthcare Group starting in 2017. In addition to their professional experience, Casey also served as the external communications chair for Helping Hands for The Family Place, a social and volunteer auxiliary supporting a family violence service provider in the Dallas area.

Casey Meyers pursued higher education at the University of North Texas from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Following their undergraduate studies, Casey obtained additional certifications in the field of staffing. In August 2013, they became a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association and also obtained the Technical Services Certified credential from the same institution.
