Dan McGowan has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Dan is currently working as the Chief Operations Officer at Cornerstone Restaurant Group since April 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Dan McGowan Consulting from February 2015 to April 2017. Dan also had a long and successful tenure at Lettuce Entertain You, starting in May 1985, where they held the role of Partner and led a $50 million portfolio of restaurants.
Dan McGowan attended Loyola University Chicago from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
