Marc Celentana

Marc Celentana, Ph.D., PCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance coaching, organizational development, and educational training, grounded in behavioral science and management theory. As the Founder and Principal of Propel + Excel, LLC since 2014, Marc collaborates with high-performing individuals and teams. Additional roles include serving as a Management Psychologist at Cornerstone Search Group and an Alliance Partner at Haefele Flanagan. Leadership experience encompasses positions as Immediate Past President and President of the ICF New Jersey Charter Chapter. A former Head of Behavioral Science and Strategic Advisor at KeeperAI, Marc also owned Celentana Counseling and Consulting and held prominent academic positions at The College of New Jersey and Manhattan College. Marc earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Emory University and holds a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College, alongside certification as an Executive Coach.
