Bernd Leger

Bernd Leger has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Bernd is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, where they oversee the development of a talent experience platform and serves a large customer base worldwide. Prior to this, Bernd worked as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital and FXP, two venture capital firms focused on supporting early-stage B2B software companies. Bernd also served as an Advisory Board Member at HYPR | The Passwordless Company, which specialized in passwordless authentication technology.

Bernd has held multiple CMO positions in their career, including at Mimecast, a cloud-based software company that provides email protection against cyber threats. Before that, they were the CMO at Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience solutions, and at Checkmarx, a global leader in software security solutions for DevOps. Bernd's marketing expertise extends to the security sector, as they were also the CMO of CloudLock, a provider of CASB solutions that was later acquired by Cisco.

Earlier in their career, Bernd served as the Vice President of Marketing at Localytics, a mobile engagement platform provider used by major companies in the media industry.

Apart from their formal education, they also obtained a certification in CloudLock University Certified - Security Fabric from CloudLock.
