Edwin Heidelberg

Edwin Heidelberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT risk management, compliance, and data protection. Currently serving as the Director of IT Risk & Compliance at Cornerstone OnDemand since June 2020, Edwin holds global responsibility for risk management, IT compliance, business continuity, and audit management. Prior to this role, Edwin was the Chief Privacy Officer and Data Protection Officer at Saba Software from January 2019 to June 2020. At Lumesse, from November 2008 to January 2019, Edwin held dual roles as Director of Risk Management and ICT, and Corporate Information Security Officer, overseeing information security and business continuity across 16 countries. Edwin's earlier career includes various security and project management roles at AEGON Nederland and CMG Consulting. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Groningen, along with certifications as a BS25999 Lead Auditor and ISO27001 Lead Auditor from ISACA.
