Jaden Teo

Jaden Teo serves as the Principal Strategic Programs Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand since March 2024, focusing on the development of a spatial learning and generative AI ecosystem for the company's extensive customer base. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Corporate Strategy at Talespin, a company specializing in immersive learning solutions, which was subsequently acquired by Cornerstone. Jaden has also held leadership positions in various tech and consulting firms, including Head of Post Acquisition Integration at StarBatch and Co-Founder & COO at Kalpha, an education marketplace in Southeast Asia. Additional roles include management consulting at Accenture and internships in financial analysis across reputable firms. Jaden completed a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance at Singapore Management University and has pursued further education at multiple institutions.
