Lyndy Forrester

Lyndy Forrester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement - Global at Cornerstone OnDemand since January 2019, Lyndy previously held multiple roles including Regional Sales Manager and Senior Field Enablement Consultant. Prior to that, Lyndy was Vice President of Employee & Organizational Development at Amarillo College, where responsibilities included developing talent strategies, managing a substantial budget, and spearheading initiatives that earned national recognition for employee engagement. Lyndy also held positions as Dean of Technical Education, Business Development Manager at Amarillo EDC, Community Relations Coordinator for the City of Amarillo, and Senior Communications Specialist at Owens Corning Fiberglas. Lyndy holds a BA in Business/Corporate Communications and a Bachelor of Commerce in Communication and Media Studies from Angelo State University.
