Katie Harland is an experienced HR and communications leader currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Cornish Mutual since October 2011. With a diverse skill set in recruitment, training, project management, and marketing oversight, Katie has also held roles such as Training and Engagement Leader and Team Leader for Operations, managing the Operations team. Prior to Cornish Mutual, Katie worked at Bottomline Technologies from July 1999 to June 2005 as a Client Services Manager, where responsibility included managing the client services team and delivering security printed products. Katie holds multiple CIPD qualifications, including a Level 7 Award in Organisational Development and Design, Leadership and Management Development, and Learning and Development, as well as a Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources Management. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and American Studies from Keele University.
