Group Head of People and Talent at Cornwall Insight

Tina Moseley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tina started their career as a PA to the Managing Director at Typharm Ltd in 2007 and later joined CarbonAqua as an Executive Assistant. In 2011, they transitioned to Indigo Swan, where they progressed from an Office Manager to becoming the Head of Client Services. During their time at Indigo Swan, they developed a passion for HR and completed their CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management. Tina was actively involved in strategic development and played a role in creating the HR plan for the organization.

In 2016, Tina moved to Voluntary Norfolk on a temporary HR advisor contract, where they provided proactive and flexible HR support to all employees. Tina then joined Independence Matters as an HR Officer, where they supported the development of efficient HR processes and served as the first point of contact for HR issues.

From 2016 to 2017, Tina worked at Comm-Tech Voice & Data as a Human Resources Compliance Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the on-site HR function, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and developing HR policies. Tina also provided training on compliance matters and supported the Senior Management team with project management.

Tina then joined TRO in 2017 as an HR Manager, where they coordinated the HR function, including policy review, recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.

Their most recent role was as the Group Head of People and Talent at Cornwall Insight, starting in 2022. In this position, Tina had strategic responsibilities, including setting the people and talent strategy to support the group's three-year plan and providing guidance to business leaders.

Throughout their career, Tina has demonstrated strong HR expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive positive change within organizations.

Tina Moseley Chartered MCIPD has a diverse and extensive education history. In 1979, they attended St. Ivo Comprehensive School and completed their secondary education in 1984.

In terms of professional development, Tina completed several training programs. In 2012, they participated in the "Influencing Skills" and "Time Management" workshops at Jarrold Training. In 2013, they attended the "ILM Forefront Training" program at the same institution. The following year, they completed "Appraisal Training" at Jarrold Training.

In 2015, Tina undertook two workshops as part of the Growth Accelerator Project. Tina participated in an "Internal Processes Workshop" and a "Leadership Workshop."

Additionally, in 2015-2016, Tina pursued Level 5 in Human Resource Management at CIPD. Tina obtained this qualification, indicating a dedication to advancing their expertise in the field.

Furthermore, Tina has pursued further education in recent years. Tina completed the "Part completed BA in Business Studies" from The Open University Business School in 2008. In 2018, they undertook the "Foundation Programme" in MBTI Practitioner from OPP Ltd.

Tina has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they attained the CIPD Level 5 certification from CIPD. In 2018, they became an MBTI Practitioner through The Myers-Briggs Company. In 2019, they obtained the "Mental Health First Aid" certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Lastly, in 2022, they achieved the prestigious designation of Chartered Member CIPD from CIPD.
