Hector Ramon Salazar

Hector Ramon Salazar is an accomplished leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Executive Director at Reading Partners since December 2020, where Hector Ramon directs strategic initiatives to enhance literacy support for students in the Bay Area. In addition, Hector is an Executive Fellow with Coro Northern California, working to connect and develop leaders for a thriving democracy, and a Fellow at the Pahara Institute, focused on transformational leadership in education. Previously, Hector held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Eye to Eye National, overseeing national programmatic expansion and brand development, and served in various roles at Playworks, Revolution Foods, and Sports4Kids, demonstrating a strong commitment to child development and education. Hector holds a Master's degree in Education from Holy Names University and has extensive experience mentoring and managing teams across multiple organizations.
