Justin Fix

Justin Fix is an experienced brewer currently working at Coronado Brewing Company since December 2022. As the founder of Hopelixir since July 2014, Justin has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside extensive brewing expertise. Previous roles include Brewer 2 at Modern Times Beer (June 2021 - September 2022), Brewer/Cellarman/Blender at Mission Brewery (October 2020 - July 2021), and multiple positions at Boochfix and Boochcraft within the kombucha sector. Justin's brewing career began at Ballast Point Brewing Company, where a blend of brewing and cellarman duties were performed from July 2014 to October 2019. Educationally, Justin holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Los Angeles Pierce College, completed between 1991 and 1993.
