Liz Blythe

Liz Blythe is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades of expertise in various HR roles across the mining sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Coronado Global Resources Inc. since April 2018, Liz has previously held positions such as Human Resources Business Partner and Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Liz worked at Curragh Mine from June 2014 to April 2018, where significant contributions were made as a Human Resources Business Partner and Projects Advisor. Liz's foundational HR experience includes a tenure at BHP Billiton from 2004 to 2014, primarily as a Senior Human Resources Advisor across multiple coal mines. Liz began a career in HR at Downing Teal as a Recruitment Advisor. Liz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Queensland University of Technology and completed a high school education in Business and Human Resources Management at Ipswich Girls Grammar School.
