Marco Cepeda

Marco Cepeda is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in retail and supply chain management. Currently serving as Jefe de Compras Medicinas at Corporación GPF (Grupo Fybeca) since June 2022, Marco previously held leadership roles including Jefe de Compras Retail at La Española EC, and Jefe de Compras at Supermercados Santa Maria, where key responsibilities encompassed supplier negotiations, category analysis, and the implementation of commercial strategies. With a career spanning over two decades in various managerial positions, including Gerente de Proyecto and Jefe de Adquisiciones, Marco has developed expertise in both local and international procurement processes. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and a specialization in Business Management with a focus on marketing from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, complemented by an undergraduate degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
