Maggie Williams

Maggie Williams is the Director of Operations at CORPORATE BROKERS, LLC. Maggie has over five years of experience in land acquisitions and has worked for two of the largest homebuilders in the Greater Houston Area. Maggie is responsible for securing property for the company’s home building operation. Maggie identifies potential building opportunities, including land and lot purchases, and conducts feasibility studies to evaluate each site. Maggie presents favorable sites to upper management for consideration. Her key skills and responsibilities include developing strategic plans for product positioning, maintaining lot supply, contract negotiation, financial analysis, market knowledge, and management of land inventory. Maggie works closely with third party developers, brokers, engineers, consultants, and landowners in the Greater Houston Area.

Maggie Williams graduated from Lamar High School before going on to earn their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rice University. Maggie then went on to earn their Doctor of Law from The University of Texas School of Law.

Their manager is Quinn Salamandra, Chief Operating Officer.
