Maria Weaver has been in the workforce since 1993. Maria began their career as a Customer Service Representative at NSS Insurance Agency, where they were responsible for policy updates, changes, and cancellation processing, as well as initial customer service for clients. In 1996, they took on the role of Office Manager at Warren-Young Group, where they were responsible for daily office operations and procedures, employee benefit and insurance programs, and maintaining and reconciling all payables. In 1997, they moved to Bethesda Online Organization, LLC as Office Manager, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and supervising clerical staff, in addition to their other duties. Finally, in 2000, they became the Manager of IT Services at Corporate Health Resources, where they were responsible for the management of all network and web servers, maintenance and upkeep of all employee workstations and printers, and employee training on equipment and systems.
Maria Weaver began their educational journey in 2008 when they attended the University of Phoenix and earned their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Foundations of Business. Maria then continued their studies at the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
