H. Delmar Huff

H. Delmar Huff has a strong background in legal counsel and management. H. Delmar served as the Vice President and General Counsel at Corporate One Federal Credit Union from October 2013 to April 2018, where they provided legal advice and guidance to top management, managed legal risks, and represented the company in negotiations. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Counsel at the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio from August 2006 to October 2013. In this role, they provided legal support in various areas including IT licensing, investments, and business continuity planning. H. Delmar also worked as a Corporate Counsel at the Ohio Secretary of State from January 2004 to August 2006.

H. Delmar Huff obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University from 1993 to 1997. This was followed by a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from The Ohio State University between 1995 and 1997. In 1999, Huff attended Capital University Law School, where they attained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in the field of Law, completing their studies in 2003.
