Derek Rowley

Derek Rowley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Derek is currently the Co-Owner of 911 Restoration of Southern Utah, an independent franchise that specializes in emergency response for water, mold, fire, and smoke remediation. Prior to this role, they served as the Managing Partner for Washington Commons Hospitality Partners I, LLC, where they developed the Best Western Plus Settlers Point Inn & Suites in Washington, Utah.

Before their involvement in the hospitality industry, Rowley held the position of Managing Partner at Pinnacle Commercial Development LLC and was the Founder and President of Corporate Service Center, Inc. Derek also founded Pinnacle Business Consulting and owned Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc., a premier incorporation and small business services provider in Nevada.

Throughout their career, Rowley has taken on strategic projects and consulting roles. As a Strategic Projects Consultant for SunRiver St. George Development, LC, they were involved in various development initiatives, such as the planning and construction of a Hampton Inn, negotiation of partnerships and development agreements, and bringing a fuel station to Sunriver St. George. Additionally, they served as the President of Formation Nation Inc., which owned several operating businesses including Inc. Authority, Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc., and Corporate Service Center, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Rowley was the President of the Nevada Registered Agent Association and held the role of Associate Director at the Northern Nevada Development Authority.

Derek Rowley attended Dixie State University from 1981 to 1982, studying Liberal Arts and Sciences. Derek then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Experience and Hard Knocks from 1985 to 2008. It is not stated whether Derek completed a degree at the University of Nevada, Reno, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
