Monica Geboiu

Monica Geboiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and travel management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Corporate Traveler USA since February 2011, Monica has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Team Leader for both Melon Chat Support and Corporate Traveler After Hours, as well as Travel Manager. Prior experience includes a Billing Collector role at United States Credit Bureau Inc, where Monica increased team productivity, and a Travel Service Specialist position at Adventures by Disney, demonstrating strong conflict resolution skills. Monica began their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, focusing on client relations and product knowledge. Monica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from UC Irvine and furthered education at the University of Barcelona.
