Ellen Hathway

Ellen Hathway has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ellen is currently working at Corporate Visions as the Director of Consultant Operations since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mind Gym from 2017 to 2022, where they held different positions including Talent Network Manager, Talent Network Executive, and Talent Network Associate. During their tenure at Mind Gym, Ellen was responsible for managing and engaging the global coach networks, advocating for the coaches' network, and driving performance-enhancing projects within the team. Ellen also established critical processes for the transition to virtual sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before Mind Gym, Ellen worked as Secretary/Vice Chair at Loughborough Snowsports from 2016 to 2017 and as Race Captain from 2015 to 2016. Ellen gained experience as a Client Services Intern at Lane4 from 2014 to 2015, where they supported the account executive and client services teams, assisted with client meetings and workshop design, and conducted analysis on key job roles within the business.

In 2013, Ellen worked as a Lifeguard at Fusion Lifestyle, and from 2009 to 2012, they served as a Recreational Assistant at Active Nation, where they instructed young children in skiing, prepared customers with equipment, and managed slope activities for large groups. Additionally, Ellen briefly worked as a Class Room Assistant at Folly Hill Primary School in 2009.

Prior to their undergraduate studies, Ellen attended HSDC Alton from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their A-levels. Their secondary education took place at Farnham Heath End School from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their GCSE degree.
