Emma McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Emma began their career as a FRC/Hardware Computer Engineer at ICL in 1989 and worked there until 1996. Emma then worked as an IT Admin at Sanderson IT from 1996 to 2000. After that, they were an Admin Assistant at Intel Corporation from 2000 to 2001. Emma then joined Microsoft as an Exec PA and managed the EPG director's office and a team of 6 business assistants from 2001 to 2009.
