Rolene Liebenberg

Rolene Liebenberg has over 30 years of work experience in coaching, sales consultancy, and facilitation. Rolene currently works as a Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator at Korn Ferry since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at CSC Coaching and Sales Consultancy, where they designed and delivered blended workshops focused on presentation literacy, persuasive communications, and coaching. Rolene also worked as a Delivery Consultant at Corporate Visions Inc. and as a Certified Delivery Consultant at Miller Heiman Group. Rolene has experience in adult education and workplace training, representing the Australian Institute of Management as an Independent Consultant. Rolene also served as a Learning and Development Manager at the Department of Manpower South Africa and as a Learning & Development Facilitator at ABSA Group.

Rolene Liebenberg obtained their Higher School Certificate (Matriculation) from Stoffberg Girls High in Brakpan, South Africa from 1974 to 1976. Rolene then went on to pursue a B.A. in Business Sociology & Industrial Psychology at Potchefstroom University South Africa from 1978 to 1980. In addition to their formal education, Rolene Liebenberg obtained the certification in "Transitioning to Management for Salespeople" from LinkedIn in August 2019.
