Navdha Nagar has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Project Engineer at Wipro. Navdha then worked as a Sr. Consultant at skillventory, where they specialized in working with technical profiles in investment banks across various business lines. In 2021, they joined Corpository as an HR Generalist and later became the Lead - People Operations.

Navdha Nagar completed their education in a chronological manner. Navdha started their academic journey in 2009, enrolling in Indian Jobs and Careers, where they pursued a BCA degree in Computer Science. After completing their bachelor's program in 2012, they advanced to the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in Bengaluru. There, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technologies, specializing in Information Technology, until 2013.
