Igor MacEdo de Lucena

Igor Macedo de Lucena is a prominent figure in the fields of economics and finance, currently serving as CEO of Amero Group and President of CORECON-CE. With a long-standing career in investment management as the Director of Investments at CORPVS and CEO of IGI Asset Management, Igor also contributes to international relations as an Associate Fellow at Chatham House and an Associate at Ifri. Previous roles include Senior Economist at the Brazil Africa Institute and Consultant for the United Nations. An experienced educator, Igor held a professorship at Unifanor wyden and served as President of the Fundação Cultural Nipônica Brasileira. Igor's academic background includes a PhD in International Relations with a focus on Geoeconomics from the University of Lisbon and advanced studies in finance and economic development from various institutions.
