Minakshi Arora

Minakshi Arora has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, process design, and strategic HR partnership. Minakshi is currently the Director of Human Resources at Corra, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Corra from December 2019 to April 2022. Before joining Corra, Minakshi held the role of Sr. Manager - HR at Corra from March 2017 to November 2019.

Before their tenure at Corra, Minakshi worked as the HR Manager at Taskbob, an app-based startup offering hyperlocal services, from July 2015 to October 2016. Minakshi was responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle and providing strategic HR partnership.

Prior to Taskbob, Minakshi worked as an Assistant Manager HR at TinyOwl, where they focused on talent acquisition, leadership hiring, process design, and implementation. Minakshi held this position from February 2015 to June 2015.

Minakshi also gained experience as a Sr. HR at DSL from November 2013 to July 2014, where they were involved in talent acquisition, process design, implementation, and employee engagement.

Earlier in their career, Minakshi worked as a Sr. Executive - GRO at InterGlobe Technologies from April 2010 to November 2013 and as a Recruitment Executive at NetAmbit Infosource & e-Services Pvt. Ltd. from April 2009 to April 2010.

Minakshi's career in HR began as a Research Analyst at Elixir Consulting India in 2008.

Minakshi Arora completed their Executive Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Amity University from 2006 to 2008.
