Emelie Nordlander is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an HR Development Partner at Ework Group since April 2018, Emelie has successfully implemented the HRIS Cornerstone system with six modules and is responsible for system maintenance and staff training. Previously, as an HR Business Partner, Emelie managed key HR functions, including salary reviews and employee surveys, while actively engaging with unions and supporting managers. Emelie also worked as a Campus Talent Acquisition Consultant at Commonwealth Bank, where the focus was on graduate recruitment. Earlier roles at Espresso House included HR-generalist responsibilities, where strategic and operational HR tasks were managed, complemented by an HR intern position. Emelie’s foundational experience includes various sales roles at IKEA Group and a brief stint in the hospitality sector. Emelie holds a degree from Mid Sweden University and has a secondary education from Hedbergska gymnasium.
