Mehrdad Silatani

Mehrdad Silatani serves as the Chief Customer Officer at CorrosionRADAR since October 2016, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving value for clients. Additionally, Mehrdad co-founded CorrosionRADAR Ltd, which aims to lead in remote sensing technologies for smart infrastructures, spinning out from Cranfield University. Prior to these roles, Mehrdad worked as a consultant at Cranfield University's School of Management, assessing market opportunities for start-ups, and conducted doctoral research from 2012 to 2016, developing an energy harvester for wireless sensors in water distribution systems. Mehrdad holds a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy Engineering from Cranfield University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
