Adam Steinberg

Senior Director, Customer Experience at Corsair

Adam Steinberg has extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies. Adam started their career at EMC Dantz in 1995 as a Hardware Manager, where they managed the transformation of a consumer backup product into an enterprise backup suite. Adam also oversaw a team of QA engineers responsible for tape drive and robotics validation.

In 2000, Steinberg joined Elgato Systems as the Director of OEM Relations before transitioning to the role of Director of Product Line Management in 2004. In this position, they played a pivotal role in shaping PCTV product lines and increasing customer satisfaction through the transformation of support and quality assurance teams.

Steinberg eventually became the Vice President of Marketing at Elgato Systems in 2009, where they led company-wide strategies for brand, social media, advertising, and product definition. Adam also managed a global marketing team and leveraged social media and sponsorships to drive sales and brand awareness.

In 2018, Steinberg joined Corsair as the Senior Manager of Technical Support & Customer Service. Adam later became the Director of Technical Support before assuming their current role as the Director of Customer Experience in 2020.

Throughout their career, Steinberg has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, technical support, marketing, and product management. Adam has successfully implemented strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, develop customer evangelists, and promote company products.

Adam Steinberg holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Piano from ZHdK Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. Additionally, they have an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Physics from the University of Bern.
