Jenna Huang's work experience begins in 2006, when they worked as a Summer Intern at Men Chuen Fibre Industrial Co, LTD, managing the showroom and assisting the sales department. From 2008 to 2009, Jenna was a Teacher Assistant at Her-Jer Test Preparation School, reviewing homework, providing feedback to students, and handling reception duties. In 2011, they worked as an Event Coordinator at the Taipei International Travel Fair and the International Design Alliance Congress. In 2014, Jenna interned as an Event Coordinator at BUSINESS EXPO CENTER, where they created floor plans, provided customer care, and offered guidance during events. Jenna then worked as a Host at Pacific Palms Resort before becoming a Teacher Assistant at A Little Dynasty Chinese School in 2015. In 2016, Jenna worked as a Bank Teller at Cathay United Bank before joining Corsair in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2020, they were promoted to Lead Customer Service Representative and held the position until 2022.

Jenna Huang's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Transportation/Mobility Management, which they pursued from Tamkang University between 2006 and 2010. Later, Jenna attended UC Irvine, Extension, where they completed an Accelerated Certificate Program (ACP) in Marketing from 2013 to 2014. In the same institution, they also participated in another Accelerated Certificate Program (ACP) focused on International Tourism and Hotel Management in 2014.
