Malcolm Clarke has a strong background in finance and has held several high-level positions throughout their career. Malcolm started their career in 2000 as the Director of Finance at DHL Global Mail, where they successfully led the financial due diligence and integration of two acquisitions. In 2004, they joined Analex as the VP of Finance, overseeing M&A activities and managing the sale of an underperforming business unit. Malcolm then served as the Chief Financial Officer at Railinc, where they transformed the accounting department into a forward-looking asset and developed financial tracking and analysis capabilities. Malcolm continued their CFO roles at Hosted Solutions, Bulk TV & Internet, INE, and Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions (VETS) Inc., where they contributed to significant revenue growth, profit improvement, and the establishment of scalable financial operations structures. Most recently, Malcolm joined Corsica Technologies as the Chief Financial Officer in 2021. Malcolm Clarke completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University, where they studied from 1978 to 1983. Following that, they pursued an MBA from the University of NC - Greensboro from 1988 to 1991. In August 1988, Malcolm obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA).
