Tim Bertalot

Tim Bertalot has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim started their career as a Public Relations Intern at Peterson Law Offices in 2005. In 2006, they joined Apex Systems as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for locating candidates and building relationships with them to place them with local clients. Tim then took on the role of Account Manager, managing Fortune 1000 companies in the Portland area and mentoring technical recruiters. In 2008, Tim became the Managing Director at Apex Systems, where they were responsible for branch management, training, and organizational development. Tim also served as an Account Executive, engaging in business-to-business sales and advising clients on appropriate staffing models. In 2018, they transitioned to consulting, taking on a management role. Tim joined CorSource in 2019 as Director of Staffing Services, offering talent, staffing, and consulting solutions tailored to the emerging Talent Economy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Client Services at CorSource, overseeing client services and aligning technical talent and solutions with business objectives.
