Neal Hoss

Neal Hoss is an experienced leader in the agricultural industry with a focus on seed operations and product management. Currently serving as the Global Seed Operation Production Research & Field Excellence Leader and Corn Portfolio Manager at Corteva Agriscience since July 2017, Neal manages the Pioneer corn product portfolio in the US, collaborating with various departments such as research, marketing, and supply chain. Prior to this role, Neal held several positions at DuPont Pioneer, including Technical Services Manager and Area Manager, where responsibilities included supporting product positioning and leading a sales team. Neal's career began at Farmers Cooperative Co and Bowman Agronomics Inc, and academic credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Kansas State University.
