Kamala Alcantara

Kamala Alcantara is a seasoned User Experience Lead at Cortico, currently hosting the Women Who Web3 podcast at CoinDesk. With experience as a UX Researcher at Blockdaemon and CircleIn, Kamala has effectively contributed to product usability by aligning key stakeholders and managing user research roadmaps. As a co-founder of Ninja Focus, leadership included overseeing UX research and content strategy in a lean-agile environment. Prior roles span front-end development and strategic marketing at gate6, teaching English in Spain, and mortgage banking at Chase. Kamala holds a Master's of Education from Harvard and a Bachelor’s degree from Barrett, The Honors College, along with a UX/UI Design Certificate from Thinkful.
