Thanh-Mai Phan

Thanh-Mai Phan is a skilled professional with a strong background in software engineering and research. Currently serving as a Prototyper at Cortico, Thanh-Mai is involved in developing a communication platform in collaboration with MIT’s CCC. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Software Engineer at MIT Media Lab, where Thanh-Mai designed and built prototypes for the same center, and as a Resident at the Recurse Center, where Thanh-Mai created an information sharing web application. Thanh-Mai's experience also encompasses work at Microsoft, focusing on optimizing cloud-based builds, and a notable internship at Intuit, where Thanh-Mai contributed to the transition from a monolith to microservices architecture. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, supplemented by education from Shillington Education.
