Jeff Gardiner

Jeff Gardiner possesses extensive experience in property management and operations within the real estate industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Director of Operations at Cortland since November 2018, Jeff has held significant roles at several other companies, including Regional Manager at The Picerne Group and Regional Property Manager at LMC, A Lennar Company. Prior experience includes various positions at UDR, where Jeff advanced from District Coordinator to District Manager and Operations Analyst from 2012 to 2017, as well as a role as Acquisitions, Transition, and Construction Project Coordinator at UDR in 2010-2011. Earlier career experience includes a position as Marketing Associate at The Hanover Company. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Regis University.
