Client Support at Cortrucent Technologies

Dalton supports Cortrucent clients day in and day out by working one-on-one with users to troubleshoot their support tickets and phone calls. He provides their client's excellent customer service with quick response times, follow ups and step by step user friendly instructions for resolving their common technical problems.

He is currently attending Rowan University to further his knowledge of IT working towards his Bachelors in Management Information Systems.
