Gillian O'Brien

Gillian O'Brien is a seasoned professional in health consulting and clinical psychology, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Health Consulting at EY since December 2022. With extensive experience in various roles, Gillian is a member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Registration Board at CORU since February 2019 and has held a council membership at The Psychological Society of Ireland from February 2020 to December 2023. Previously, Gillian was the Clinical Director at Jigsaw - The National Centre for Youth Mental Health from March 2012 to December 2022 and contributed as a member of the Slaintecare Implementation Advisory Council for the Department of Health - Ireland from October 2018 to October 2021. Gillian's clinical background includes roles as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Health Service Executive and CASA GUATEMALA NGO, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a BA in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Queen's University Belfast, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Leadership from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
