Marie Culliton

Marie Culliton is an accomplished leader in the field of biomedical laboratory science, currently serving as Past President of the International Federation of Biomedical Laboratory Science and Lead Scientist in Clinical Pathology at the Health Service Executive. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Member of the Medical Council Ireland and multiple positions within CORU, Marie has significantly contributed to the regulation and advancement of health and social care professionals. Past roles also include Laboratory Manager at the National Maternity Hospital and President of both the European Association for Professions in Biomedical Science and The Academy of Medical Laboratory Science. Marie holds an MBA in Health Service Management from University College Dublin and an MSc in Clinical Biochemistry from Trinity College Dublin.
