Lynn Watkins

Lynn Watkins, M.Ed, CHRL has over 26 years of work experience in talent development and management. Lynn is currently the Head of Talent Development at Corus Entertainment since November 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Global Succession & Talent Management at KPMG Global Resource Centre from 2012 to 2016. Lynn also served as the Director of Leadership & Organizational Development at Bombardier Aerospace in 2010-2011, and as the Senior Manager of Talent Management & Organizational Capability at Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation from 2008 to 2010. Lynn was the Head of Human Resources & Learning at Northern Credit Union from 2005 to 2008, where they implemented various initiatives in leadership succession planning, performance management, competency modeling, and learning management system implementation. Before that, they held roles at Scotiabank, including Senior Manager of Performance Management from 2003 to 2004, Senior Manager of HR Projects from 2000 to 2003, Diversity Manager from 1998 to 2000, and Staff Development Officer from 1997 to 1998. Lynn began their career as an Instructor at the Canadian National Institute For The Blind in 1990.

Lynn Watkins, M.Ed, CHRL completed a Masters degree in Continuing Education: Leadership & Workplace Learning from the University of Calgary from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, Lynn attended the University of Toronto where they obtained a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Criminology.
