Lynn Chia

Lynn C. has extensive work experience in various industries. They most recently served as the Executive Vice President at Corvias starting in August 2022. Prior to that, Lynn was the Co-Founder of Ayon Technologies, a water technology startup, from April 2020. Lynn's role involved extracting contaminants and recovering rare elements, critical minerals, and proteins for various applications in public works, agriculture, mining, healthcare, vaccine purification, and manufacturing.

In 2020, Lynn worked as the Director of Federal at HackerOne from March to November. From December 2018 to December 2019, Lynn was the General Manager for North America at Urban Sharing, a mobility tech start-up based in Norway. In this role, they were responsible for managing the North American operations and overseeing the cloud-based software operating platform for bike and scooter sharing, which included data analytics, artificial intelligence, IoT, geofencing, and machine learning.

Prior to that, Lynn held executive positions at Serco, serving as the Vice President of Urban Mobility & Innovation from August 2017 to October 2018, and as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development from May 2015 to August 2017. Lynn also worked at Bloomberg LP as the Head of Strategy & Key Accounts from April 2011 to May 2015.

Before joining Bloomberg LP, Lynn worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations from May 2009 to April 2011. They also held positions at BearingPoint as a Senior Manager in Strategy, Process & Transformation from June 2005 to May 2009, and at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate from February 2002 to June 2005.

Lynn started their career as a Category Product Manager at The Motley Fool from September 1999 to February 2001.

Lynn C. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to pursuing an MBA, Lynn completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Additionally, Lynn participated in the General Course Program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on Government and Economics.
