Satish Venugopal

Satish Venugopal started their work experience in 2006 as an HR Executive - Compensation & Benefits at Damas LLC. Satish then worked as a Rewards Analyst at Nakheel from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they became an HR Manager - ER, Rewards & Payroll at Palm Utilities, where they stayed until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Satish worked as a Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at Green Coast Enterprises LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Corys Piping Systems - Manufacturers of Hepworth, starting in 2016.

Satish Venugopal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Pune from 1995 to 1998. Following that, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune. In 2020, Satish completed CIPD Qualifications in Human Resources Development. Satish also holds additional certifications such as Certified Personal Profile Analysis Practitioner from Thomas International, obtained in June 2021, Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager from Meirc Training & Consulting, obtained in April 2013, and Job Analysis, Job Descriptions & Job Evaluation certification from Hay Group, obtained in May 2007.
