Jennifer Ganoe

Jennifer Ganoe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career as an Office Manager at Hezel Associates from June 2002 to January 2009, where they managed administrative, financial, and technical aspects of the company.

Jennifer then transitioned into the field of nursing and worked as an Emergency Room RN at St Joseph's Hospital Health Center from June 2010 to April 2012. Jennifer gained experience in a busy 54-bed emergency department, treating more than 60,000 adult and pediatric patients annually.

Jennifer continued their nursing career at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as an Emergency Room RN from May 2012 to May 2014. During their time there, they served as the chair of the Unit Leadership Committee and contributed to the Education Committee.

Jennifer also worked as an Emergency Room RN at Banner - University Medical Center from December 2014 to March 2015, and at Tucson Medical Center from January 2015 to April 2015 as an agency position in the second busiest emergency department in the state.

From June 2013 to November 2015, Jennifer worked as an Emergency Room RN in Mt Carmel Hospital's Flex Choice program, allowing their to work casually in the emergency departments of all three main hospitals.

Jennifer then joined Riverside Methodist Hospital as a Staff RN in the Interventional Radiology department from June 2015 to August 2016. Jennifer later transitioned to the role of Clinical Educator in the Procedural Care Unit from July 2016 to August 2017.

Afterwards, Jennifer worked as a Quality Improvement Specialist at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG) from September 2017 to April 2020, focusing on enhancing quality improvement initiatives.

Most recently, they joined QuadMed Onsite Health and Wellness as a Clinical Quality Specialist from April 2020 to August 2021.

Jennifer is currently serving as the Director of Quality and Education at Cosán Group, starting in August 2021.

Jennifer Ganoe graduated from Otterbein University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Jennifer then attended St Joseph's College of Nursing at St Joseph's Hospital Health Center from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In 2015, Jennifer enrolled in Western Governors University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program. Jennifer continued their education at the same university from 2016 to 2017, earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a specialization in Nursing Leadership and Management.
